Aromas of raspberry plum jam, chocolate brownies, grilled mission figs with prosciutto, roasted sundried tomatoes and wet asphalt set the stage for a most enjoyably savory wine. First on the palate are flavors of brown sugar roasted walnuts, soy, tamari and molasses coated pork ribs. This is an exuberant wine, with plenty of acidity and ample tannins that will develop gracefully over time.
