2007 Sparkling Wine – SOLD OUT!

“Blanc de Blanc” – Sparkling wine at its sassiest, tongue-tingly best!  This sophisticated “champagne-in-the-USA” is 100% Chardonnay from Monterey.  It walks the line between dry and sulky, sly and impish.  it hits all the classic sparkling notes, with aromas of fresh spring grass, lilac blossoms, apricots and air-dried linen.  Delightful!  It tingles the tongue with just the right bubbles, hints of crisp Fuji apples, Bosc pears, and a kiss of coconut.  There is a charming raised doughnut yeastiness and a lovely finish of lemon meringue pie.  It’s delicious, it’s sparkling, it’s brilliant, and what’s not to love!
